Summary of Internship
At Merrill Lynch, I worked on a detailed prospecting project. (Prospecting is known as the processes of searching for new potential clients.) This project gave me the opportunity to realize the importance of one’s clients and how forming relationships and connections with others is a key objective. With my mentor,I also attended informative seminars that described different financial concerns in America presently. These seminars were also an extension of the prospecting project, because I had to record information of every prospect that attended those seminars. Besides prospecting, I learned basic knowledge about the stock market and financial advising and I learned a lot about communicating effectively and presenting yourself in a professional manner.
