Summary of Internship
Interning out of the Volunteer Office of the hospital is a lot of fun. Since the hospital is so enormous, there is always a task for you to do. In the mornings, I have an assignment to complete in different sections of the hospital. Usually these assignments are related to my field of interest. In the afternoons I intern in the Volunteer Office as a courier. I get to transport blood, fold linens while viewing new born babies, and make charts for the nurses. This internship is a lot of fun and allows me to see many different fields of medicine located in the hospital.
