Summary of Internship
I first interned in the field of Cardiothoracic Surgery, but later was re-placed to intern at the Pathology Department. I currently intern with my mentor, Heather Bell, at the Atran Building. There, I get the chance to experience and to expand my interest in the field of medicine. As an intern, I run errands, file cases, and assist my mentor with her job (ex. tissue processing, etc). Additionally, I have the opportunity to work with Electron Microscopes. Every Thursday is a new experience I hope learn from.
