Summary of Internship
Some of my tasks in my internship at the Virology Department of the Hackensack University Medical Center include filling out patient surveillance sheets, throwing out old records, filing worksheets, lab assisting, and library research. Each task teaches me something new. This internship has taught me so much about various viruses, and I get to learn about current health events in the perspective of clinical virology. In addition, this internship has helped me realize what researching is actually like and has created in me a greater interest in the medical field.
