The firm engages in a wide variety of legal work, which includes general litigation in Federal and State Courts, worker’s compensation, personal injury law, real estate, criminal practice, municipal law, zoning and planning law, civil rights and labor law. All of the attorneys in the office have extensive trial experience in both state and federal courts and have litigated numerous trials. Paul J. Giblin, Jr., Esq. has litigated all types of civil and criminal trials in both State and Federal Courts including at least 50 jury trials as well as participated in numerous arbitration and mediations. It has also acted as a review attorney for several banks including Atlantic Stewardship Bank and Freedom Bank, and has participated as attorney for both the seller and purchaser in over 1,000 closing during his career. Mr. Giblin, along with other members of the firm are committed to providing their clientele with a rapid response time to client needs and inquiries.
Summary of Internship
As an intern at Paul J. Giblin, Jr., Esq., I have the exclusive ability and opportunity to learn what working at a law firm as professional and successful as Paul J. Giblin, Jr., Esq is. My first day in the office, I was greeted and welcomed by the whole staff and attorneys as one of them. I have several responsibilities and duties. These include transferring interrogatories onto a digital copy from hard copies, filing cases, and setting appointments with clients. I also have the opportunity to learn from Mr. Giblin himself. Every chance Mr. Giblin has, he invites me to learn and review present and past cases, including age discriminatory cases. Also learning what interpersonal traits are of essence in becoming a successful attorney has given me a highly educational experience that will pay dividends in my future. I could not have had a better decision on where to intern than at Paul J. Giblin, Jr., Esq.
