Summary of Internship
My experience at Pryor Cashman has been absolutely phenomenal on various levels. Primarily, I was introduced to the corporate environment and how smoothly it functions. I had the privilege of speaking to renowned partners and associates who have remarkably paved the way in the legal field. Under my mentor's supervision, I was able to thoroughly read and analyze the Constitution, and understand the essence of how every word can make a huge difference. Following after, over the course of time I researched the Broken Windows Policy in New York. I personally investigated the supporting and opposing arguments in order to determine whether this legislation was constitutional or not. In the process I was exposed to various resources and opportunities, such as an exclusive interview with Lieutenant Eugene Whyte, who was one of the individuals responsible for developing Broken Windows. Overall, I believe that interning here has made a significant impact on my life because I have gained so much knowledge and formed deep-rooted connections with outstanding intellects. This opportunity has contributed tremendously towards my goals on becoming a notable attorney.
