Summary of Internship

As a high school intern to James E. McMillan Esq., I was able to experience the behind the scenes of an area I love; Entertainment. Before my internship experience I lacked the knowledge of the tedious and time consuming tasks that come behind many of our favorite celebrities, TV shows, and brands. My mentor provided me with the opportunity to learn first hand how to manage clients, read between the lines, and build a brand. What I enjoyed most about my internship was I was able to take part in different parts of the law field such as criminal, entertainment, litigation, and civil rights. It was never the same story or routine, I was able to work with multiple areas of law.
