Summary of Internship
As a high school intern at Morgan Stanley, I had the privilege of being able to experience what it is like to work as an analyst at such a prestigious company. Each day I would sit at my own desk among the amazing analysts in my department and work on the assignments given to me for that day. Through these assignments, I was given a better understanding of Municipal Securities and learned other various skills that are used daily in my division, such as creating a response for a Request for Proposal document and creating presentations for clients using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Throughout my time spent at the Firm, I was also able to witness company traditions such as Promotion Day and network with many hardworking and inspirational people from all over the world.
